If the TreeList's reorderable option is enabled, the filter input is not focusable.

Regression introduced with 2023.2.606

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this Dojo example - https://dojo.telerik.com/iDogeqoh
2. Try to focus the filter inputs

Current behavior

The filter input is not focusable.

Expected/desired behavior

The filter input should be focusable.
