In a read-only AutoComplete, the X button clears the value of the component.

Regression introduced with R1 2022

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this Dojo example - https://dojo.telerik.com/OLEjaQIZ/2
2. Click the clear button

Current behavior

The X button clears the AutoComplete's value

Expected/desired behavior

The button shouldn't clear the AutoComplete's value
