DataBound Spreadsheet does not trigger change event when dragging the fill handle as of R2 2022 SP1

After the 2022 R2 SP1 version. there is a bug in the spreadsheet data source. when dill down the cell, the data source will not be changed. only input text can trigger the change event.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Open the demo
  2. Drag down the fill handle of a UnitPrice cell

Expected:
    Button is enabled

Actual:
    Button not enabled

Hello, 

The bug has been discussed with a manager and it should be scheduled for fixing soon. Please keep following the thread for a "Planned" or "In Development" status.

Even deleting a cell value is not triggering the change event. This seems critical issue.
