Same page hyperlink functionality

It would be very useful to extend the functionality of the hyperlink feature of the editor to enable same page links.

Our clients used this extensively in our previous editor and are complaining now that we have switched to the Kendo editor that this functionality is not available through the interface.

Our clients create long pages of information with introduction paragraphs at the top which provide links to various sections later on down the page.

The functionality they are used to is for the text editor to enable insertion of these hyperlinks in their introduction paragraphs that link to tagged sections later on in the page.

They are able to replicate this functionality by updating the HTML directly, but other text editors (and our previous Tiny MCE editor) provide this functionality through the interface.

Some of our users are not comfortable with updating the HTML directly so the interface solution is very much the better option for their needs.
