Grid misalignment on column resize in RTL with scrollbar

Reproduction of the problem

Dojo example.

  1. Make several columns wider and then shrink one of them (See the attached video).

Current behavior

Columns and headers are misaligned.

Expected/desired behavior

Columns and headers are properly aligned.

Environment

  • Kendo UI version: 2020.2.617
  • jQuery version: x.y
  • Browser: [Chrome XX]

This was already released 2 versions ago. You can find more info about it here:

I see this says scheduled in 2020.R3.SP.next. What is the actual release date? We have a customer who is complaining of this behavior, so we need to have a fix for them asap.
