FileManager: refresh only updates right pane
  1. Run sample at https://dojo.telerik.com/@GaloisGirl/OJUPoYOY
  2. Click "refresh"
  3. Result
    1. Actual behavior: after clicking "refresh", the new name of the folder appears only in the right pane
    2. Expected behavior: both panes should be updated
