Hi.
kendoGrid Pager has a feature of disabling focus of pager arrows with a tabindex="-1".
I was able to override this behavior in some cases. But sometimes it becomes tricky to override this behavior.
My question is:
"Is it possible to disable this behavior, not to override it but really disable. Or if not - maybe you have plans to add such an option in the future (maybe I can submit to the feature updates somewhere)?"
Hi, Oleksii,
I have added a vote on your behalf and made this item public.

Hi, Alex.
Yes, I would like to vote for this enhancement. Please convert this thread into a Feature Request.
Thank you!
Hi, Oleksii,
We have one logged enhancement in the repository that requests we should implement non-negative pager tab indices here:
https://github.com/telerik/kendo-ui-core/issues/2825
Currently, you could use the suggestion in this forum thread - to change the tabindex after a timeout in the dataBound event of the grid:
https://www.telerik.com/forums/changing-tabindex-for-grid-pager-elements#VuHPNEk4nUqD6xpgchKf7Q
While we have an issue logged regarding this enhancement, logging a feature request might increase the priority more if people vote for it. If you like, we can just convert this thread into a Feature Request?
Let me know what you think.
Kind Regards,
Alex Hajigeorgieva
