Scheduler cannot be scrolled in iOS 13 with Chrome

Reproduction of the problem

The issue can be reproduces in the Demos with the Chrome browser.

Current behavior

Scheduler content area cannot be scrolled.

Expected/desired behavior

Scheduler content area should be scrollable.

Environment

• Kendo UI version: 2019.3.917
• Browser: [all]
