Hyperlinks in PDF don't work as expected

Hello,

I'm trying to create a table of contents within my formatted PDF that was created using Kendo's drawing API. In doing so, I thought it would be a simple matter of using some <a href> tags to point to the containers of information within the PDF. However, when you click the hyperlink on the formatted PDF, it just sends you to the localhost:8080/#DivIWantToGoToInThePDF. How can I get around this?

Hello Ryan,

I have converted this thread to a public feature request. Here's the alternative link: https://feedback.telerik.com/kendo-jquery-ui/1419549-hyperlinks-in-pdf-don-t-work-as-expected

Nencho,

Thank you for the swift reply. Where can I find a link to this feature request?

Hello Ryan,

Indeed the described behavior exists. I am afraid that local links are not supported in the exported PDF file with the kendo drawing. I have converted this inquiry to a feature request, in order to have it public in our feedback portal and available for more votes.

I am afraid that for the time being there is no workaround or custom solution for that implementation.
