Add an autocomplete feature in kendo UI editor.
For example when we type @ it should autocomplete a certain list of data in the editor

I would appreciate this feature too.  Most wysiwyg's that I use (as a user) allow "@" to reference a dataset of users.  This is a requirement in this day and age.  Using "@" is expected and not just a nicety.  It would be awesome if the Kendo editor adhered to this expected behavior.  Again, I understand that this was not necessarily expected behavior back in 2017 when this was mentioned by sreeraj, but in 2025 it totally is expected behavior.

the kendo editor is a must-have feature for us, but it's somewhat difficult to use and program against. That's ok enough, but we're running into additional requirements as our line of business apps are competing and integrating with Microsoft products. The ability to cite a specific user in a message via the "@" symbol is part of MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, etc. - including the online versions.

While it's not existential it's definitely an ease of use thing.

All that said, there are many editor features I'd like to add or make easier to use - this is just a larger gap between the COTS products and custom app development stuff.

Thank you for your time.
