allow 'free-hand' drawing on the charts
Using the drawing API, we can draw on the chart itself for flexible annotations.

Cheong, the good news is this is already possible in our Q1'15 Beta by exposing visual templates for charting elements, see demo here:
http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/Beta/line-charts/visuals

It will become official with Q1 RTM, due in about a week.
