Dont auto hide when notification is hovered
Do not auto hide the notification when notification is hovered.

This can be controlled via the autoHideAfter attribute from the client API (http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/ui/notification#configuration-autoHideAfter).
