The Kendo UI team included a brand new ScrollView widget R1 2019:

Which of the image gallery features do you wish to see in the ScrollView?

Thanks for sharing this suggestion, we'll gauge the interest in such a widget.

Presently your option for this type of presentation with Kendo UI is to put our ScrollView widget (http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/scrollview/index) into practice, if applicable.
