I need the ability to set the data-title value through JavaScript post render.
I am adding i18n to an application to support 22 countries.  The data-title does not appear to be able to be set via JavaScript.  I have a highly dynamic application and I'm using localization for all labels and need to change the titles on the fly.

Hello,

Any of the options of the Kendo UI Chart can be modified after initialization via JavaScript with the help of the setOptions method:

Thanks for your query.

To clarify, are you able to set the data-title via javascript in your scenario without Kendo UI included? I am trying to identify whether this is generally an issue or missing functionality.
