Slider: Ability to drag selected range
Allow to drag the selected range in the range slider.

my client needs exactly this functionality. being able to slide the range around while retaining its value is a much more intuitive way of interacting than having to slide both the start and end handles around. it's a basic usability thing really. This is one of the first things we've had to look outside of kendo for a solution to, but it shouldnt be like that.
