KendoChart - SVG html
Add ability to insert SVG html into Kendo Chart areas like the title. Example would be ability to add my own TSPAN to the title to help style it more.

We'll be adding some simple formatting support in Q2, but arbitrary SVG won't be supported since it will break our ability to support VML and Canvas as fallback rendering surfaces.
