We need a pager beyond the grid guys. Did I miss this one? Honestly Kendo Widgets would be good enough so we could build our own components for things like this.
Presently the Kendo UI pager does not support the visual customizations you describe. We will consider that for the next releases of the framework. For now you may define your own pager UI (via templates or not) and trigger commands manually when the user clicks elements from this UI. For instance, you can invoke the page or query methods (http://www.kendoui.com/documentation/framework/datasource/methods.aspx)of the Kendo UI DataSource (to which I presume your grid is bound) to navigate between different pages.
I have considered it but we need to be able to customize it. The client is requesting a pager that works like... 1 ... [7] 8 9 [<] [>] The hightlight on the number of course is the current page and the other two brackets are buttons to move in the pages. My clients all historically seem to want different paging features. Perhaps there is a way we can do this with tempting! :) Either way I need some good docs. You guys have likely done most of this work so it would be an easy addition if you have much of the work done.
