Drag-drop multiple file upload
Multifile uploader with drag-drop feature (similar to http://aquantum-demo.appspot.com/file-upload) with fail-back option for IE browsers (flash)

This is already supported under the new browsers which support HTML5 FileAPI (WebKit, FireFox). When IE introduces strut for that (IE 10 most likely), you will have it there as well.
