RibbonBar: Add Support for Reordering Items Within RadRibbonBarGroup

Introduce support for reordering items within a RadRibbonBarGroup, allowing new buttons to be inserted at any position and existing buttons to be moved between different RadRibbonBarGroups.

Thank you for requesting this. It would be a great enhancement in RadRibbonBar.

At this moment, reordering items within groups can be done only programmatically: WinForms RibbonBar Programming RadRibbonBar Adding and Removing Tabs and RibbonBar Groups - Telerik UI for WinForms
