RichTextEditor: Placing a bookmark and a hyperlink in a structured document tag disables the hyperlink's navigation
When placing a bookmark and a hyperlink in a structured document tag, clicking on the hyperlink will not move the caret (navigate) to the bookmark

This means that hyperlinks and structured document tags really can't be used together in the same document, which is a shame, because both features are really useful. Pleeeease fix this.
