I want to follow up on my last reply.

We had a brief discussion, and it turns out that I have misled you in my previous reply. The expander/collapse icon in TelerikMetro and TelerikMetroBlue is intentionally offset. This is by design of the theme. I have checked the Telerik Metro themes and notice the icon is not misaligned in TelerikMetroTouch. It passes the border of the rows. 

In this case, yes, the icon is not positioned correctly. I will modify the title of the feedback item to target this behavior.
