Hello, Manisai,

I logged another item as it is another issue and answered you in the ticket with ID: 1689324. You can see my answer there. I am able to reproduce the problem with our latest version as well. I am posting the feedback item here as well for your reference: RichTextEditor: Infinite loop during section layout of specific documents

Don't know if this is related but this document is also failing to load. This does not crash but never loads and remains stuck making the application unusable unless force closed and starting again. FYI, We have already tested this in latest version of Telerik Controls and still not working.

Currently, there isn't a workaround for this issue that I can suggest. Upon checking, our development team is already looking into it, we will do our best to introduce a fix candidate soon. Make sure that you follow this item to receive a notification when its status changes.

Hi Nadya,

Is there any solution for this as we are stuck in between and unable to Open these document in the Document Viewer.
