Upgrade Project Wizard incorrectly uses .462 assemblies in .NET Framework 4.8 project

 Upgrade Project Wizard should use 2025.2.520.48 version in .NET Framework 4.8 project.

Hello,

Workaround: manually upgrade the project reference and use 2025.2.520.48 assemblies. The following article will be useful on updating assemblies in a project: Updating Assemblies in a Project
