RadRichTextEditor: Document is not scrolled smoothly with the scrollbar thumbs if an Image adorner has been shown and hidden

The issue can be observed if you scroll the document by dragging the scrollbar thumb.

Hello,

Thank you for reporting the issue. Possible workarounds are to use the Paged layout mode or to scroll the document with the mouse wheel.
