WinForms: Controls with Right anchors are not scaled correctly on higher DPI

In this case, we have an MS standard Form with control position on the form. Each of the controls has the right anchor. Moving the form to a monitor with a higher resolution messed up the size of the controls.

We are having the same issue and has stopped a development project.

The application is run on a Windows 11 tablet with 150% dpi.

The controls are all over the place and the application is unusable.
