I can't tell my customers that I don't know when a problem will be resolved. I can't tell that I have to wait until the item status change.
I will be forced to use another spreadsheet control not Telerik.

Upon checking this feedback item, it is still not planned yet for fixing. I can't bind to a time frame when exactly this behavior will be fixed. What you can do is follow the item so that you can be notified of its status change.
