RadTaskBoard: Add option to scroll to a specific TaskCardElement

I want the focus on this card so that I don't need to scroll, to see where the card is located in the column.

Hi, Martin,

Currently, you can manage the ScrollBar.Value property:

this.radTaskBoardColumnElement1.ScrollBar.Value =(int) this.radTaskCardElement3.BoundingRectangle.Y;
