Currently, the WinForms Spreadsheet doesn't have separators between the column headers:
It would be better to have separators for the headers like the WPF Spreadsheet:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Currently, the painting for the header elements offers fill color and text color adjustments. Hence, border painting is not intended to be offered with the current implementation. We will do our best to introduce an appropriate API for this in the future improvement of the control.
