ExplorerControl: CurrentDirrectoryPath property is reset when reopening the designer
The CurrentDirectoryPath property is not serialized and it is lost every time the designer is reopened.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Currently, the possible solution that I can suggest is to set the CurrentDirectoryPath property at run time.
