RadBrowseEditor: BrowseDialog does not serialize the changes made in VS Properties
If you change the DialogType to FolderBrowseDialog, save the changes and restart the designer, you will notice that the BrowseDialog will display the relevant settings in VS Properties. However, any made changes wouldn't be serialized in the Designer.cs and reopening the designer would restore back the old settings.

Thank you for bringing this behavior to our attention. We will try to preserve the changes or hide the dialog from Properties if it is not possible.

Meanwhile, feel free to setup the dialog programmatically.
