RadFilterView: FilterViewCheckedDropDownCategoryElement does not support Null and string empty values
When the collection contains null values and an exception will be thrown when using the FilterViewCheckedDropDownCategoryElement category.

Hello,

Update: A similar exception will be thrown when having FilterViewDateTimeCategoryElement and all cells in the column are null/DBNull values.
