Hi there.
Selecting a time from the TimePicker sets the time. However, if the bound parameter is null, the Date part of the DateTime values are still invalid and will throw errors when saving data to databases.
The TimePicker should at least by default insert a default valid Date even if it is 01/01/1900 or DateTime.Today.
Regards Kieran.

Hello Kieran,
If I have correctly understood your case, you are using RadDateTimePicker. Am I right? In this case, you can consider using the NullableValue property. More information can be found in the Set null or empty value help article in our documentation. Give it a try and let me know if this is what you are looking for. If not, you can share some more details regarding your set-up so that I could think of a suitable solution.
