RadCollapsiblePanel: Inability to collapse/expand when hosting a RadFilterView

Use the attached project and try to collapse the panel:

Workaround: 

this.radCollapsiblePanel1.EnableAnimation = false;

Hi, Dickson,

We have introduced some improvements related to RadFilterView which is the possible suspect for this undesired behavior. Note that we will definitely consider this when addressing the item. 

Meanwhile, feel free to disable the animation for RadCollapsiblePanel.

Not sure this will help, but it was working before the 2022.2.622 Telerik update.
