RadGridView: ArgumentOutOfRangeException on GridNavigator.SelectLastRow when AutoSizeRows and EnableFastScrolling properties are set to true

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the sample project and select a row inside the grid

2. Press Ctrl+B

The following error occur:

Workaround: set the EnableFastScrolling property to false.
