I managed to observe the issue and I have updated your Telerik points.

The Name property that is displayed for the template inside the property grid is intended of internal use. That's why you are not able to change it. And as the property should not be exposed publicly we will hide it from the property grid.

Your main issue with this scenario is that you want to change the names of the templates so that they are also updated inside the tree. While changing the Name is not possible, changing the Caption of the template is. Once we fix the issue, you should be able to change the Caption and this will also result in an update in the tree:
