RadDatLayout: The customize dialog sometimes freezes upon showing in the .NET Core designer
When I select radDataLayout1 and go to the property builder and select Customize, I often get the spinning wheel forever.

Hello, Monique,

We will do our best to provide a fix in the upcoming release for using the Layout Editor as expected. Currently, using Alt+Tab is a suitable approach to find the dialog window and switch the view to the customize dialog (Layout Editor). Then, you can either close it in order to eliminate the undesired behavior which seems like VS hanging or use it to customize the layout as it is illustrated in the gif file.

I can confirm Alt+Tab allows me to find and close the dialog window.    Is there a work around that allows me to access the customize property builder window ?

Hi Monique,

We will try and fix the issue in the R1 2022 release scheduled for mid-January. Likely the cause of the issue is that the dialog window gets hidden behind some of the other currently opened windows. Until we provide a fix, a possible workaround is to search with Alt + Tab for the window and to close it.
