RadSpreadsheet: Expose the most used events on the control so they can be accessed at design time.
Expose the most used events on the control so they can be accessed at design time. Currently, most of the events are on the SpreadsheetElement.

This would be really useful, as there are LOTS of useful events on the RadSpreadsheet controls which someone will need to access to make best use of it. Creating the handlers manually is not just harder, but makes it more difficult to explore what the control can do.
