RadControl: Make the new .NET designer more interactive
Currently it is not possible to select the items added to RadCommandBar, RadRibbonBar or RadMenu.

Hello John,

We should add support for custom selection glyphs enabling the designer of the RadItems, as well as enable inline editing where necessary.
