Hello Ziping,

We have researched this and it turns out that the issue is more complex than it looks. 

Currently, we are using HTML lists when converting and they do not support such formatting. In CSS this is done with custom counters which are currently not implemented in our CSS parser. Word is converting such list to a plain text with indent and exporting it to HTML which is a completely different approach as well.
