RadGridView: Layout does not load correctly the FilterDescriptor if filtered by blank
  1. Filter the column "code" to show only "(Blanks)"
  2. Hit the "Save Layout" button to save the layout into a string
  3. Hit the "Load Layout" button. The row is gone
