We do support VB templates as well as C# and will continue support them in the latest .NET versions. However, I cannot give you an exact time frame when it should happen since we are constantly prioritizing items for each sprint.

What I can suggest is to subscribe for status notifications. When there is an update on this item, you will receive an email notification. You can also vote for the item. The more votes an item gathers, the higher its priority becomes.

I understand the importance of this request and it is definitely in our ToDo list. Since there are more demanded improvements planned for the next sprint, it is still not included for the next release. Make sure that you cast your vote for the item in order to increase its priority.

The possible solution that I can suggest is to create a Windows Forms App (Visual Basic):

Then, install the Telerik Nuget package: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/core/core-toolbox-version
