RadRibbonBar: The Command Tabs cannot be selected in the .NET Core3.1/.NET 5.0 Visual Studio designer

Clicking on a tab item in the design surface should select the tab. The animation demonstrates the current behavior:

The item is being investigated and we will fix it in our next internal lib, probably next week.
