RadRibbonBar: RadImageButtonElement has incorrect fill color in VisualStudio2012Dark theme

Workaround: 

        Me.RadImageButtonElement1.ButtonFillElement.GradientStyle = GradientStyles.Solid
        Me.RadImageButtonElement1.ShowBorder = False
