RadListView: inability to enter edit mode when Breeze theme is applied

Please refer to the attached sample project and follow the steps illustrated in the gif file.

Note: if the vertical  scrollbar is visible, the editor is activated as expected. 

Workaround:

Me.RadListView1.ItemSize = New Size(200, 30)

The issue has already been addressed and the fix will be introduced in the next official release (R1 2020). Meanwhile, feel free to download LIB 2019.3.1111 from your account and test the introduced fix in advance.
