Select datagridviewcomboboxcolumn value then this Rows display all cells value in VB.net windows form
Fatching data from sql database in gridViewCommboBoxColumn select the value then retrieve data other column in the same Rows windows application in Vb.net

Hello, Ajaykumar,  

According to the provided brief information, it is not clear enough what is the exact requirement that you are trying to achieve. However, I suppose that you want to select a value from a combo column in a row and then populate another cell's value from the same row. You can handle the RadGridView.ValueChanged event and adjust the desired cell's value.

A common case is a cascading comboboxes scenario which is demonstrated in the following KB article: https://www.telerik.com/support/kb/winforms/gridview/details/cascading-comboboxes-in-radgridview

If it is not the case, could you please give us some more details about the specific goal that you are trying to accomplish? Thus, we would be able to think about a suitable solution and assist you further. Thank you in advance.
