RadDateTimePicker: the zoom animation is slow and incorrect on HDPI

To reproduce:

Change the scaling to 200% or larger.

Set the animation:

this.commandBarToggleButton1.UseDefaultDisabledPaint = true;
this.commandBarToggleButton1.Enabled = false;
