RadTreeView: Improve the performance of the control while expanding or scrolling a tree with many nodes
The issue can be reproduced in a tree with 30 000 parent nodes each having one child.

The issue is of great priority and we will try to fix it in the upcoming R2 release scheduled for the middle of May.
