ADD. RadChartView - new wind-rose series
The new series will be similar to the RadarColumnSeries which is already available. https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/aspnet-ajax/controls/htmlchart/chart-types/polar-chart

Make sure that you cast your vote to the feedback item. The more votes an item gathers, the higher its priority becomes. However, I can't give you an exact time frame when this issue will be prioritized and planned for implementation. We strive to gather our customers' feedback as much as possible and address the most wanted requests.

Dear all,

 

The New Feature not covering the needs of Wind Rose Chart! It should be based on Radar chart and not Polar Chart!

Please try to get the results like what you have in the Web Tools.

Hello David,

Indeed the approach with the annotations may not cover all possible cases. You can subscribe to the item by following it and this way be updated when its status changes. At the moment I cannot commit to an estimate when the new feature will be implemented.

This option is not matching 100% our needs.

Please let us know when you can finalize the add on of Wind-rose to Winforms UI.

A similar effect can be achieved with PolarMarkedZone annotations. The attached project features a sample approach.
