FIX. RadDropDownList - the editor height is changed when setting AutoCompleteMode in fluent theme

To reproduce:

- add a drop-down list to a form and set the AutoCompleteMode to suggest

- set the theme to Fluent

- the drop-down list is higher than the other editor

Hello,

A fix will be available in Telerik UI for WinForms version R1 2019 SP1.
