FIX. RadRichTextEditor - setting the vertical-align CSS property with length values leads to InvalidCastException
Importing html documents having the property vertical-align property used with length values - for example: vertical-align = 3px, throws InvalidCastException.

Fix will be available in R2 2019 Official Release scheduled for May 15th.
